The bar that arrives at your venue

A mobile bartending and beverage-catering company in Georgia, whose every enquiry opens with the same two questions.

The Hyde Bar & Co. home page: an evening wedding reception behind the headline “Elevated bar experiences, professionally managed”, with buttons to request a proposal or view packages.
Built and awaiting launch.

The situation

Hyde Bar & Co. runs the bar at other people's events — weddings, corporate receptions, private parties and nonprofit galas — across Georgia. The bar, the stock, the staff and the ice all arrive; the venue supplies the room.

Every enquiry in this category opens the same way: what is on the bar, and what does it cost. The site is built around answering both before anyone has to ask.

What was actually wrong

The category hides its prices
Almost every site selling event bar service answers those two questions with a contact form. That turns curiosity into admin for the owner, and quietly loses everyone who was not going to fill in a form to find out a number.
Three different buyers, one pitch
A couple planning a wedding, an office manager booking a reception and a gala committee spending someone else's budget are three different purchases. Addressed as one audience, the copy ends up speaking to none of them in their own terms.
A site where page ten costs what page one did
Styling assembled per page looks fine at three pages and becomes the reason nothing gets added at thirty. Whatever gets built first decides how expensive the next year of changes is.

What we built

Packages as the primary content
Classic and premium spirit lists written out by name, and a rental option with the bar cart, coolers, ice, glassware and tools itemised, so a reader can price their own event before contacting anyone.
Three occasions, addressed separately
Weddings, corporate events, and private parties and galas each get their own framing, because the person booking a nonprofit gala is not the person booking a wedding.
A proposal request rather than a contact form
The enquiry arrives already carrying the event, the guest count and the package the reader was looking at, which is the difference between a lead and a conversation that starts from nothing.
A design system alongside the site
Tokens and components defined as their own layer rather than styles accumulated per page — the thing that makes the next ten pages cheap instead of expensive.
