What we collect, and why.

Short, because we collect very little. If anything here is unclear, email us and ask.

What we collect

If you complete the contact form, we collect your name, email address, an optional phone number, and whatever you write in the message field. That is all the form asks for, deliberately.

If you visit the site, our analytics records ordinary usage information — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. This is aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

Why we collect it

Contact details are used to reply to your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to run the engagement. Nothing more.

Analytics is used to understand which pages are useful and which are not, so the site can be improved.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in a contact form.

Who else touches it

The site is hosted by our hosting provider, form delivery runs through our email provider, and analytics is provided by our analytics vendor. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms. We keep this list short on purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you come back. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's default retention period.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action it — there is no form to fill in and no process to navigate.

You can decline non-essential cookies through the banner, and block analytics with any standard browser setting or extension. The site works fine either way.
