The monthly review reminder

A thirty-minute routine, in your calendar every month, with the six numbers to check written into the invite itself.

It repeats monthly from this date. Change the recurrence rule in your own calendar app afterwards if you’d rather have a different day.

What’s in the invite

  1. 1.Check analytics is still recording — visit your own site and confirm you show up in the real-time report.
  2. 2.Check Google Search Console for new errors or a drop in indexed pages.
  3. 3.Count this month's leads — form submissions and phone calls, not an estimate.
  4. 4.Look at your top five pages by traffic and what each is supposed to do.
  5. 5.Note anything that changed significantly, up or down.
  6. 6.Publish or meaningfully improve at least one page.
